Eli McCabe

Policy Analyst

Eli McCabe is a policy analyst in the NGA Center for Best Practices. Prior to NGA, Eli was an intern with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. In this role he worked on policy and program development with the Office of Early Childhood Development. Eli also worked in Governor Tom Wolf’s Office of Policy and Planning as an intern for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Eli attended Messiah College where he earned his Bachelor’s in Social Work, and the University of Maryland, where he earned his Master’s in Social Work.
