Governors are working to maximize the benefits and mitigate the risks of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and NGA is assisting in identify both. Over the past year we have held a series of briefing and events including an Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) in State Government, a Briefing on Legal and Regulatory Considerations for States Related to Artificial Intelligence and hosting a discussion on AI Risks and Regulatory Priorities.
NGA’s most recent event was on Navigating the GenAI Frontier: Strategies for Governors’ Offices, held September 25-26, 2024 at the Washington DC office of McKinsey & Company.
