The State of Maryland, the Maryland Emergency Management Agency and the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security, in collaboration with the Maryland Department of Planning and the Maryland Energy Administration, partnered with the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices (NGA Center) to host a two‐day retreat on policies and strategies to improve resilience.
